Casa Blanca is fantastic. I love the locale and the nearby wildlife that you can watch from the back patio. Collin made our experience especially great!
We ate with our friends at Casa Blanca Restaurant in Ruidoso NM; it was awesome! The patio was lovely, the food was perfection and the waitress was the absolute Best! We tried the fried chili appetizers!! We loved them!

Pitcher of patron margaritas were awesome! We all had something with green chili’s, so good. We even saved room for dessert and it was well worth it. Hilda was great and very attentive to our tables refills and never missed a beat.

Since they have an outdoor deck, they should allow people to bring leashed dogs on their outdoor deck. When first asked, the response was rude, unfriendly and with bad attitude. Disappointing.
The computer wouldn’t let me make reservations so I expected the worse.... but was pleasantly surprised. The Margaritas were great, the food was even better and the service was stellar. Will definitely go back.
