Spoke with Gustavo, set up an order and received a quote. He said card machine was down and to call back in an hour. I did and the person that picked up was incredibly rude and dismissive. He did not care in the slightest about my order and said Gustavo isn’t here so there’s nothing I can do. I asked when he would be back and he said who knows? This is of course the day before Valentines. Do not trust this business and their lack of care or respect for customer.

I spoke with Antonio. He was very helpful and accommodating me with an arrangement for my wife. He delivered the arelrangemnt on time. I was very surprised with the size and overall appearance of the arrangement. You have a life long customer wit me. Thank you Casa Blanca Florist.
