I can’t say enough good things about Casa Bella Realty Group. We went through a probate sale, which can be incredibly overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth and manageable from start to finish. Marisela and Erica were great for a remote seller! They stood by me when trying to get a difficult renter to move out. They took care of everything to get the property ready for sale (including cleaning out the renter’s extra junk). And they helped me price it for a quick sale to a local buyer, which is what I wanted.
