I've been living here for 14 years and ever since the new property management took over (Heetwave Properties), things have improved for the better. Management (shoutout to Crickett!) is friendly and easy to approach compared to before. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The community is also friendly and very clean and peaceful.
Very affordable and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Quiet and small complex, easy to recognize most residents. Property manager responds readily to any potential problems I've experienced throughout my time here. Extremely close walking distance to most needs; groceries, hardware stores, dog park, post office, additional shopping.
I’ve lived here for a year, and I’m truly sad to leave. Unfortunately I have to go due to a family emergency in Ohio. The experience living here was amazing. 1000000/10. Cricket was always so helpful whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this complex. It’s a quiet community, everyone here is super friendly. Property management company keeps changing, raising rents, lots of construction, dust and dryer exhaust fills the complex. Internet connection is extremely inconsistent through Cox and very slow through AT&T. Shower water temperature can switch quickly and unexpectedly between scalding hot and freezing cold
