No joke. I'm going to miss this place. The grounds are kept beautifully, office and maintenance people are the most understanding and nice people, they're pet friendly, and my neighbors are some of the sweetest people I've ever met (which is saying a lot from a Texan)! It's located and in walking distance to so much to do. I really can't say enough good things about this place.
