I was guaranteed a car, talked finances with a salesperson. and he was pleasant to talk to. he had me pay for insurance for the car and i went and got a loan for the down payment..and when I came in the man I talked to was rude, acted as though I was lying about my financial stability he talked me down, and even lied when he was talking on the phone saying I didn't have bank statements. when I tried to correct him (several times I might add) to say that I do I was ignored. i bought a car from them about two months ago and when i bought my car from them, they over charged me like three hundreds and told me all the work on the car was done then i went to pepboys and they said i need 1,460 dollars for repairs, so yea dont buy your car here unless you are going to modify your car and you don't care how bad they damaged it before.
