I am giving this the Lowest rating based on the customer service. I placed an online order 4 days in advance for Only 6 cupcakes for my Daughter's 18th Birthday. Then I received a call that you are totally booked and can't take my order! My daughter was looking forward to having so thank you for spoiling her Special Birthday!
My chocolate on chocolate was wonderful! Hubby had a lemon pound something (sorry) cupcake & he absolutely LoVeD it! Super glad we stopped in while visiting from Alabama!
I've been here twice and both times the staff has been rude, like I was inconvenienceing them by walking in and their cupcakes, aren't all that their cracked up to be! I found that Pink Belle Cake House also in Carytown are ALOT better so much more friendly!
I was so disappointed...This was the smallest cupcake ever & the highest in price compare to other cupcake bakery's. It wasn't even good & if you gonna over charge your customers at least make it worth the money...Gross!!! I should have went to Pearls won't make this mistake again.

Every time I visit I get the same pleasant welcome from the staff...and now with the new cupcake baking class I am even more excited! My hunny bunny and I are definitely going to try this...stay tuned. You have to try the salted caramel...I love it!
I am from the Southside of Pittsburgh and we are known for our little shops but I have never been in such a cute fun place and it's has something for everyone! ♡ cupcakes are Awesome! ♡
