RecommendedI'm vegan and have never had a bad cupcake from Carytown Cupcakes! The Fudge Round, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, and Chai are my favorite flavors. Oh, and the Strawberry Lemonade! See, I can't even pick a favorite. ☺️

The experience that we had from the staff is the epitome of what small business and Carytown is all about. My mom’s birthday cupcake experience was enhanced by birthday music candles and such a wonderful attitude from employees. Kudos!
Some of their flavors are great, and others only so-so. I was planning to go this weekend to get some July flavors that I had been waiting for - only to be disappointed to learn that they have changed their schedule and now only update the flavors on a quarterly basis. I have never had any service issues at the store, but they rarely respond to online or email requests, which doesn't seem appropriate in this digital era. Such fun flavors! The peach pie was amazing and so was the blackberry cobbler.
Awful customer service. Cupcakes are very simple, not worth their prices. I paid for a cup of coffee, I only got half cup of coffee. The girl at the counter knew it, she said she will make more coffee but she totally forgot about it because she was so busy on her phone. She seems to have more interest in her cell phone than the customers. I will never come back to this place.
