RecommendedMy first time boar hunting. I had a blast. So did my husband and our friends. Our guide, Zachary, was great. He was born to hunt and full of stories. Another guide,Andy, joined him in afternoon when we brought dogs. They both taught me so much. The lodge is like a ski resort. The food was like combo of Grandma and Paula Dean. Delicious.
Had a great time when I went in April. Enjoyed it so much that going back with my son in Nov. Great facilities and wonderful staff.
Guides were great. Ask for Doug or Butch. The food at the lodge was outstanding, I think I gained 5 pounds in 2 days even with all the hiking. Highly recommend.
Amazing place with the friendliest staff. Looking forward to visiting again.
