On a scale from 1 low to 10 high, this practice is probably the best in all of Charlotte/Harrisburg. A phenomenal dentist office, a solid 10 across the board. There is not one single thing they could do to make it better.

I'm a first time client and was very pleased with the staff. Everyone was amazing. From the moment I walked thru the door till the moment I left. They explained everything and did not rush me. I am so grateful and appreciative that I have found these dentists, Dr. Icard and Dr. Strein. I have been to many in my life of 59 years. But I've never seen any so knowledgeable, professional, skilled, kind, caring, genuine, the list goes on and on and it's all positive. The same is true of the staff, they are professional yet kind and thoughtful. There is simply nothing negative to be said about this group of God's servants. They have been a lifesaver for me!
Drs. Icard and Strein are the friendliest, most caring dentists around. And it doesn't stop there! Their staff is top notch also. You will love them. I promise!

Always taken the best care of their patients. Experience respect and full explanations for procedures being done. Calls that evening to make sure your doing well and if you need anything.
I had a root canal today. I'd heard only horror stories about root canals. Dr. Icard met with me twice to explain exactly what my procedure was going to be like. Once in a initial consultation. And again before he performed the procedure. He had such a calming voice and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The only pain that I felt was from the numbing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Icard to anyone that is in need of any type of dental care.
Dr. Strein is a wonderful dentist and very caring! Excellent staff! I highly recommend this office!
