They don’t answer the phone! I’ve called about 5 times between yesterday evening and this morning and nothing. What kind of salon doesn’t have a receptionist?! So unprofessional
We got one ear pierced here. Not very friendly. We had to buy a pair of earrings. They told us that we could not use the other sealed earring for a second piercing in the future, even though other locations do. Also the lady would not allow us to take a video of the piercing or photos. This is a big deal for many parents that like to capture memories. It was for my child’s birthday. I wouldn’t trust anyone with my brows other than nadya!
Today I went there for fixing my brows (I did it by myself and failed!!). The manager Sandra helped me so much! She always speak out my thoughts lol and tried her best to fix back my brows. Even she advised my what I should do in future. Very nice person and environment with affordable price. Will come back again!
