Susan was amazing today. She helped my daughter get her ears pierced for the first time. She was patient, meticulous (checking and rechecking the positions), and thoughtful in explaining to me and my daughter what was happening and the aftercare. Susan took extra time to confirm our appointment ahead of time to make sure we have two stylists at our appointment to get both piercings done at once. I highly recommend Susan and the team at the Promenade location for children's ear piercing. 5 stars!
After lots of research, we landed on taking our baby here to get her ears pierced. As first time parents, we were really nervous and were overprotective. We were able to easily book our appointment online and requested (both through the notes and over the phone) for 2 specialists to be available to simultaneously piece her ears.
