My daughter had her ears pierced at the Fairview Mall store and the service was excellent . They were professional, clear with instructions and communication, was friendly and reassuring to a nervous 9year old and her mother and grandmother! . The products and services were solid and you can trust their work and their products. I highly recommend Visage for your ear piercing events. I had brought my daughter for ear piercing. I had booked an appointment to do both ears at once, and when we checked in, we specified that we were there for the simultaneous ear piercing. The girl said "yes of course", but then proceeded to do one ear at a time. (My daughter only wanted to get her ears pierced if she could have them done simultaneously).
