Honestly, not a great experience. I went in as a walk-in today to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Before deciding to stay, I asked if they had the 14k yellow gold earrings with the pink gem. I was told they didn’t, but that they had what was left on the display board. Since the 14k pink gem wasn’t available, I chose the 14k yellow gold earrings with the clear gem instead. Low quality, crap earrings used for my daughter’s piercing - fell apart after a week and had to get re-pierced which was very traumatic for her. AVOID this place
Visited this location for the first time this evening to get our 10yrs old second ear piercing. We have 4 other kids and doing something like this as a family is always stressful due to how long it takes and just keeping them from getting into stuff! The ladies greeted us while walking in, promptly showed us the options and quickly got right to it. Hubby is a hard man to please and he left happy! Haha! Save yourself a trip to the emergency room and don’t go here. My little daughter got a serious ear infection from piercing at this place. When we came back after she healed they told us it was our fault that she got an infection and they were too busy to deal with us. They were very rude the person we dealt with was yelling that she even made my daughter cry. Truly terrible experience for something that’s supposed to be a life moment for a little person!
