We went to get my daughter’s ears pierced and were able to be accommodated as a walk-in, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, there were issues with billing and professionalism. We were charged more than expected and were not given an itemized receipt. We had to return and ask why the total was so high, at which point we were told the extra charge was for a cleaning solution.
