Had called in to book two experts for simultaneous ear piercing for my daughter. We arrived early and the lovely staff were able to accomodate, even when we said we would wait, they were happy to get my daughter into the chair. My daughter was very nervous, and the staff were great with her. She got a lovely certificate for bravery, and ear cleaning solution and instructions.
Your employees should really take off their uniform when in the food court! Miserable employee with fake blonde hair and thick drawn on eyebrows giving dirty looks to females, quite disrespectful! My friends and I will not be coming back to this location! Maybe Visage should fix her face!

I was drawn in by the “first wax free” promotion and decided to try this new place at the mall. I usually go to a trusted threading spot for my brows and upper lip, but wanted to compare it with waxing. The experience was disappointing. Instead of focusing on a good first visit, they pushed all kinds of services — memberships, products, extras. The attendant even tried to charge me until I pulled up the promotion on my phone.
