My recent experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I used them once about a year ago to install a faucet and called them for repeat business since the first time was a good experience and pricing was fair. A year ago, they installed one faucet, sent one plumber, total was less than $200 for parts and labor for one plumber. Called again giving them repeat business, for a similar job to be done, only this time 2 faucets in double sink vanity. RecommendedWe have had Cary Pluming come to our home twice. The first time was in 2015. We had a leak near our meter. Today we thought we had a similar leak. Frankie came out and listened to everything I said and quickly suggested a toilet could be our culprit. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and HE WAS RIGHT! I am so very grateful to him. RecommendedWe had Cary Plumbing come in a few weeks ago to fix our toilet, Brandon was very thorough and took his time checking everything. Adjusted the water level in our tank so that we wouldn’t have a problem and told us a few tips. Then a few days ago we had a leak in our livingroom ceiling. Have used Cary Plumbing 3 times. All thee time's they've been on time, and done a great job. Hourly rate is fair for the high quality work. No complaints.
Wish I could give 0!!! Wanted to let you all know that Cary Plumbing Company is NOT reliable!!! My husband left work early today after he called them when we were told that they would be here at 6pm to help with a plumbing issue that we were having. It’s now almost 8pm no call and no show!!! My husband left a message to say don’t bother coming out at this point! Needless to say I will be keeping our appointment with Blanchard Plumbing in Fuquay-Varina for Thursday instead and I hope for a better experience.
