5 stars all around! I worked with Cary remotely for most of 2023. When I moved to Portland in December, she was ready to hit the ground running. We looked at probably a dozen properties before I fell in love with the property on Commercial Ave. The sellers were very difficult to work with, but Cary served as an excellent broker, insulating me and my loan/escrow officers from the chaos. Ultimately, I got everything I wanted without all the stress! I cannot recommend her enough!

We absolutely loved Cary (and her colleagues, especially Alexa); she was our Tenzing Norgay, our Virgil, our sherpa, guide, and mentor as we navigated the 9 circles of buying our first home. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. She was responsive, gave wise counsel, and fought for us from start to finish. We had idiosyncratic preferences in housing, and she both understood and supported us, finding us the perfect weird little home we were looking for.
