Cary O'Neil was an absolute pleasure to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the science of buildings, whether it's the emergence of mold in the attic or ventilation issues in the basement. Very thorough, very professional, very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He even saved me money by advising me not to do an extra radon test when he noticed other homes in the area didn't have radon meters!

Cary has inspected 2 homes over the last 10 years for us - great experience. I have recommended him to many over the years and all have been very satisfied with his efforts and reporting. As a professional builder myself I found Cary to be honest, direct and diligent. He pointed out items that could be of concern and also pointed out items that were positive. Overall great experience on both inspections.

If there were negative stars for this man I would give it. He did an inspection on our home on behalf of a buyer recently. He first entered our home through our backyard without knocking or introductions. I just found him hacking away at a snow pile without any guidance whatsoever. I offered assistance but was refused. He then entered my home looking for exterior water valve. Meanwhile he asked me for a screwdriver and a flashlight. Odd way to inspect a home with absolutely no tools.
