Cary O'Neil is a true professional who knows his trade. He is the most thorough inspector that I have had. I am so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. He definitely helps the buyer to make an informed decision. He takes his time and does the job right. I highly recommend Cary O'Neil as a first class Real Estate Inspector. If there are any problems, he will find them! Yet, he is realistic and fair-minded. Simply the best in business as far as I'm concerned!

If there were negative stars for this man I would give it. He did an inspection on our home on behalf of a buyer recently. He first entered our home through our backyard without knocking or introductions. I just found him hacking away at a snow pile without any guidance whatsoever. I offered assistance but was refused. He then entered my home looking for exterior water valve. Meanwhile he asked me for a screwdriver and a flashlight. Odd way to inspect a home with absolutely no tools.
