I spent a total of $354.94 on three contiguous ***** chainsaw repair jobs over a four month period from July to December 2020 at Cary Mower &Saw. The problem with the chainsaw was never resolved. For those of you who have read my first review written in July 2020, I said I wouldn't be going back but that turned out to be not true. Not the same service as prior ownership. My local hardware store had a $69 special for mower tune ups, but I decided to take mine to Cary Mower & saw as I had for 20+ years. First clue something was different: rep told me up front they'd charge more if the mower had trouble starting. (Prior owner never said that.) I mean, that's the whole reason folks bring their mowers in after sitting all winter- they're harder to start!
