My wife and I were looking for a bigger house, but one that was affordable. Cary helped to find the perfect match for us. Throughout the process, he was professional and eager to answer all our questions. He truly had a desire to serve our needs. Most importantly, Cary had integrity and a willingness to give us the best experience in buying our home. We would use him again in the future without hesitation.
We were looking at a partical type of wooded lot. The one we found randomly was out of our budget. Cary knows the are so he pointed us to a similar lot that was in our range. He handled all the paperwork. Fees were more than reasonable. Cant say enough about Cary's knowledge base of the area and market.
Very professional and knowledgeable, always made us feel very confident in placing an offer on a home. We enjoyed working with Cary and will seek him out again in the future as needed. Cary is easy-going, kind, and realistic. He helped us land an awesome home that met all of our needs and more. We appreciated working with him very much!
