I went in with a tooth bothering me but was told there was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks later I'm back and they tell that tooth is completely broken and had to come out. When the dentist said if I had come in earlier they might have been able to do something. I almost lost my mind! So I had the extraction and bone graft, which wasn't covered by insurance. Even if they paid me back my $750 I still wouldn't have a tooth. Both disappointed and angry. I'm not going back. My wife won't go either. And I'd advise to avoid this ... read more

Dr. Acton and his staff care about their patients. They provide several services beyond the typical ones and have helpful suggestions for improved oral care. The office is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and modern. They make every effort to ensure you’re enjoying your experience, including TVs on walls and ceilings, private rooms, water/coffee while waiting, dental care package after cleanings, etc.
I would strongly recommend Cary Family Dentist to everyone especially people who are nervous of going to the Dentist because of fear or anxiety. Dr Duncan and his wonderful team have made it a priority to make sure I am comfortable and well informed in all office dentist procedures. I am excited to say I have found a Dentist I will stick with and who will always do an amazing job on making my teeth healthy and giving me a great smile to be proud of.
I had a crown break not fun, however they got me right in and took care of it. Amanda (Theo) was great, she was efficient and quick (didn't even feel like I was at the dentist) Thank You!
