Great visit as always. I feel the staff really cares and offers great suggestions to help maintain good health.
I went in for a crown on a back molar. The first appointment went quickly and painlessly. Even the injection of Novocain was painless as Dr. Skleba first numbed the area and then very slowly injected the drug, a painless process. The preparation was done well and I had no hot or cold sensitivity on the temporary crown and the temp crown held up perfectly. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, and have had very bad experiences in the past. I am so happy I started going to Cary Dental. The staff is wonderful, gentle, and very professional. They really take their time to make sure you feel important, and they explain everything well also. I leave there feeling proud of myself that I faced my fear and went back to the dentist, and had a pleasant experience!
The professionalism of my hygienist, Bonnie, and Dr. Skleba, in covering the state of my dental health (excellent) is outstanding. Dr. Skleba took extra time to examine and explain an additional issue I have with a misaligned jaw problem.
No one wants to go to the dentist! But when you need to, you want the best, most comfortable, and most effective care and treatment. That's what this office offers and delivers. I had the best experience here. The staff acknowledged all my concerns and explained everything as it was happening. They made sure I was never in pain, and were very professional and caring.
