I look forward to our monthly cleaning - the house looks and smells so clean afterwards. The workers are always friendly and patient with the occasional over enthusiastic dog greeting.
I was very happy with the cleaning services. They were very detailed, even getting in between crevices and baseboards. They were also very efficient they were in and out within an hour. It is a great relief to finally have my home deep cleaned.

Unprofessional. In our most recent clean, their cleaner pooped in our bathroom, didn't wash her hands, and proceeded to clean our kitchen. They also completely missed cleaning an entire room. On another occasion, the crew didn't take care while cleaning and dislodged our stair banister, broke a blind clip, and left a scratch on our wall. I recently canceled services with Cary Clean Team after 6 months of weekly cleaning. As other reviewers mentioned, they do a light surface clean at best. I’ve addressed with the company multiple times, have offered to pay additional money for better attention to detail, have increased tips, and have worked with 4 different teams, but each has the same issue with not thoroughly dusting (some things have been missed for weeks), not putting things they’ve dusted back where they belong ( leaving them scattered, sometimes on its ... read more
