I've referred to Cary for many years for all my patients who need deep tissue/myofacial work.
I went to see Cary a few times after an injury with extreme pain, and he was very helpful. His work provided some much needed reprieve. Clearly seems to know what he's doing and great at explaining issues with the body. He also was able to provide home exercises that addressed the injury.
Cary is excellent at deep tissue massage and he offers good advice on stretches to relieve tension and pain.
