I often stop in here on my way to and from Whistler. The carwash is always operating and usually not too many cars lined up. One time the machine took my license plate off and the owner of the business delivered it to me in person. These guys go beyond the normal service level. They are a great business serving the public with a great service.
These folks set the standard for how things can be done. I’ve been using this carwash for about 4 years now. I recently got a new vehicle and took it in for its first quick wash. It didn’t come out quite as I’d hoped. I called the assistance number at the location which was answered within seconds. They asked how they could help, no pushback, no blame, straight to ‘let’s take care of this’. They contacted their onsite team member who came out within a minute of the initial phone call.
