I'm only giving this dealership 1 star because I can't give them anything less. They will not sell you a car unless you use their finance partner(s). The car I was interested in was slightly above retail until they added outrageous made-up fees which exceeded $2,000. They undervalued my trade between $4,500 lowest trade offer and $6,600 highest trade offer from other dealers. Shady company. Does not work with outside financing even though they say they do. I had financing lined up with my credit union. The sales manager stated they would accept financing if we wired the money in or presented a cashier's check. Our bank agreed to produce a cashier's check and all they would need to do is to sign an agreement that Carvix would sign the title over to them within 30 days. Very shady company! They will harass you and threaten you. Not a good dealership. If you need a car, try a well known dealership. This one will scam you if they can. They will do whatever they can to get you approved even if it’s illegal! DO NOT GO HERE!! You’ve been warned. They don’t even deserve any stars. DMV found violations and advised I hire an attorney for what they did to my family. Worse dealership ever.
