saw they are now perm closed, good riddance. I purchased a 2018 Charger **** Pack...by day 2, the radiator blew, they fixed for free so that is a positive, I paid for the tow there...***** and ***** were great in that aspect!I owned the car for literally 10 days, called on Tuesday and was told "we would likely only give you $20-25k for your car" I was like, "your 3 days/300-mile return" that didnt apply to me since it was 10 days after the fact...mind you, i only drove the car 3 times and put about 50-ish or so miles on it. ... read more

Absolute worst car purchase experience in ************************************************************************************** the industry. Outside of the terrible purchase experience, my temp tag has expired and the dealership personnel said "If you get pulled over, just tell the cops the dealership in running behind" I'm just speechless. Stay clear of this predatory dealership.

I sold my vehicle and why I'm too cancel my warranties on may. Filled out the paper work and gave it to the manager. Then called to check on my refund on September 15th to find out the paperwork was never sent in. When I returned to carvix the same manager told me they made a mistake and there's nothing they can do except claim I cancelled the warranty on 9/16 costing me hundreds of dollars. However the warranty company assured me I could be back dated. I feel taken advantage of and the customer service was God awful.

CARVIX is by far the most shady car dealership I have ever come across in 30 years of buying cars new and used. Regardless of what you tell them you don't want, they don't listen and add it on. For instance, they have the color double sided warranty charts at the table. I told my sales person *****************************, that I did not want it no matter what. Misleading prices as the company adds a "paint and dent repair package" onto the total. I was ready to purchase till I found these these added fees do not reflect the prices on their website, but the worst part about the matter is that you cannot remove the fee. This dealership holds terrible business antics in order to be claiming to "shop worry free"

Terrible car buying experience ever. They smile and tell you one thing and generate contracts that say another. To their advantage of course. Does not follow thru on promises. Do not buy from Carvix.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and a few weeks after the radiator started to leak, come to find out it's because of the frame being bent in which this company and GM refused to be helpful and played the run around game. They sold the vehicle under false pretenses and I don't recommend doing business with them. I should've known when the finance situation was really shady and they showed us a fake Carfax paper. They also added fake charge's that they don't tell u about until you're signing already

I'm only giving this dealership 1 star because I can't give them anything less. They will not sell you a car unless you use their finance partner(s). The car I was interested in was slightly above retail until they added outrageous made-up fees which exceeded $2,000. They undervalued my trade between $4,500 lowest trade offer and $6,600 highest trade offer from other dealers. They lack even the most basic level of professionalism and ignored all communication efforts. Either they dont want to sell any cars, or they wont sell... read more
