Our vehicle bit the dust on the Thanksgiving long weekend. We saw an SUV online that we wanted to look at, and went in on Tuesday morning and talked to Michael. He was friendly, personable and not pushy. Once we test drove the vehicle and decided that we wanted to buy it, he directed us to Steven to get our financing started. I was dreading high pressure sale pitches but honestly, that is far from what I experienced with Carvista. They are classy and pride themselves on excellent customer service. Michael was informative and patient throughout. Email communication made the buying process convenient. Steven was down to earth and very thorough. I have to tell this story. I bought a Tige boat from Steven. They were in Winnipeg and I was in BC. I flew out to Winnipeg to see the boat and never took it for a test ride. After the purchase we had the. It shipped to BC. When we got on the lake we had a couple electrical issues. We had a mechanic fix it and water test it. We Recently purchased a gently used travel trailer from carvista and it was an all around enjoyable buying experience , as Steven and Michael were both great to deal with . After having the trailer for about a week , we noticed a small manufacturing defect & Steven actually came out and took care of it for us .
