Had a really good experience at Carvista. The staff was straightforward and easy to work with, no pressure at all. The car I bought was priced fairly and runs great. I’d definitely come back again when I need another vehicle.
I picked up a Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealer thinking it was just gonna be another typical dealer experience. But man I was seriously impressed with how they do business. The service was solid straight to the point no games. I ended up coming back for more cars for my family and even sent a bunch of friends their way. Yeah the cars are sold as-is but they keep it 100 with you whatever you ask they’ll tell you straight up. No shady stuff just real transparency. This type of business is much appreciated.
Carvista made the process really easy. The team was helpful, answered all my questions, and the car has been running great since I drove it off the lot. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
This company is a rip off do not buy any car, Suv, or truck from them es especially the one in Norcross Georgia. I purchased a 2008 buick enclave a week a ago and already the water pump amd heater hose had to be replaced macanic said they put a stop leak in ot to hold untill they sold it this is illegal snd should be stoped I am now out $1000 for a suv I haven't put 20 miles on unbelievable I tried contacting carvista but there customer service is almost as bad as the car the sell. BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy a vehicle from carvista without having a mechanic you trust look at it first. This dealership sells all vehicles “as-is” and after my husband made a purchase here yesterday (and after reading through the other negative reviews) we realized why. Everything was clean and in visibly good shape when we test drove the truck yesterday. We checked the carfax report, looked it over top to bottom, and there was nothing wrong.
