I made the mistake of ordering rock through another company and had poor customer service and a terrible quality of product. Carver Rock Products worked with me to find a great solution for my problem. Carver Rock Products has a life long customer.
GREAT BUSINESS! I've ordered from Carver Rock Products many times. They have been nothing but very nice and professional. Everyone there was so sweet and answered all my questions and took the time to show me the rock and explain what it would be good for. They even called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Warning!!!! Bad business practices!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 7 yards of rock from this business for a landscaping project. They only delivered 5 yards. I was unable to complete my project, because I was short of rock. I called this business several times, left messages...not one was returned. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said their "boss" would call me...no one called. Bad customer service. Bad business.

I've ordered 10 or more yards of material on 3 separate occasions from Carver and they have been great each time with delivery time, product placement out of the truck, and the best price in town.
