RecommendedMy husband and I have lived at Carver Lake for 7 years and have truly enjoyed our time here! The staff is great and they have the best maintenance team on site. Would highly recommend to anyone out there looking for a new place to live!
I’m extremely disappointed! Our house smells like a wire is burning in the heating system! I called the emergency maintenance and was told to turn off the heat and they will look at it in the morning! Seriously? I have a little kid, the house will be ice cold, not to mention that awful burning smell! I’m terrified to go to sleep!

My fiancé and I have lived here for a few months now and we love it! Jess, the property manager, is wonderful. She is very responsive to emails and address concerns in a timely fashion. We love the area and being close to the lake. The pool and dog park are wonderful amenities!
The staff is amazing as the area is perfect! We plan to call this home for a long time.
