I used carver coordination for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out. We had Jordan as our day of planner and she nailed everything and was able to tolerate all our drunk guests haha. She did all the set up perfectly and was there for anything else we needed. They even took some photos in our photo booth which we got at the end of the night and that made it for us, I’m so glad they were able to enjoy themselves too
Jordan with Carver Coordination was so easy to work with. As a professional harpist, there are a lot of little logistical things that can add up the day of, especially when moving locations, and this team of coordinators helped me get set up in a timely manner and also took time out of working with the clients and guests to make sure I had everything I needed. Would love to work with them again!
Highly recommend! I am a DJ and MC and I've worked with Stacie and Jordan at multiple weddings. They genuinely care about the couples, are consistently easy to work with, and are very professional every step of the way and their communication with the couple and the vendor team is always excellent. Stacie was amazing to work with! Everyone kept saying how calm of a bride I was and I kept saying it was because of her! She was so organized and understood the vision of the day. The goal for me was to not answer any questions and be present and Stacie made that happen. Stacie also had great recommendations based off of her experience that ended up making the day so special. She had a plan a,b,c and communicated with me ahead of the day so that we were on the same page. Could not recommend working with her team enough!!
The Carver Coordination team helped make our wedding day run seamlessly! Darcy was incredible - she made sure every single detail was accounted for and handled. Multiple guests told me I was "the chillest bride they've ever seen", and that was because I knew Darcy had everything under control.
