Been here over 3 years, staff has always been helpful. Nice amenities as well, in a good, safe area.
I love living here! The current management and maintenance staff are the best! I have lived here for 15 years! To happy too leave now! If you have a pet they are so accommodating! Don't hesitate to come here
DO NOT RENT HERE – MANAGEMENT IGNORES REPAIRS, CAUSES DAMAGE & BLAMES TENANTS I have had a leaking dishwasher issue since July, which I repeatedly reported to management. They ignored my requests for months, refusing to fix the problem, and as a result, the issue only got worse. Now that the damage has escalated—including water damage to my unit and the one below me—they are blaming me for all repairs instead of taking responsibility for their negligence. I’m currently a tenant at this apartment, and my experience with the management has been nothing short of awful. I paid my rent and utility bills as stated on the bill they provided, but later discovered that the bill they sent me wasn’t updated. To make matters worse, there’s a lady wearing black rimmed-glasses in the office—whose name I don’t know but highly recommend avoiding—who was extremely rude.
