We’ve lived at Carvel Harbour Pointe Apartments for the past two years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The staff is personable, friendly, communicative, and incredibly efficient. The front office team has always been lovely and tremendously helpful—especially Ula, who consistently goes above and beyond. Tim from maintenance deserves a special shoutout as well. A good family place, they do activities for family integration focused on children.
I lived at The Carvel Apartments for 6 years. During that time, it was a safe and enjoyable community. Unfortunately I experienced water damage/flooding during my last 2 years. Ula and the staff were understanding and helped me during the transition into my new home, 1 floor up. I must say the last management team was less understanding, but current management team works hard to accommodate any concerns. Lots of great memories during my residence.
I lived here for 3 years and it was an overall great experience. Ula (Urszula) is absolutely awesome and was always quick to help me out with anything I needed. I had very few issues with the unit I lived in and the maintenance staff was always very quick to get things fixed. I see other reviews complaining about the parking, but if you follow the rules, it’s never an issue. Mukilteo is a great place to live and I enjoyed living at Carvel.
