I love living here! The current management and maintenance staff are the best! I have lived here for 15 years! To happy too leave now! If you have a pet they are so accommodating! Don't hesitate to come here

I’m currently a tenant at this apartment, and my experience with the management has been nothing short of awful. I paid my rent and utility bills as stated on the bill they provided, but later discovered that the bill they sent me wasn’t updated. To make matters worse, there’s a lady wearing black rimmed-glasses in the office—whose name I don’t know but highly recommend avoiding—who was extremely rude. Safe place, good schools, beautiful units and amazing people in the office
I thought I posted on here when I moved but I completely forgot! My husband and I lived at Carvel from October 2018-2023 and loved every minute of it! We moved to be closer to family since we recently had a daughter but if that wasn't the case we would still be living in Carvel. The matinence team is always so nice and great with communication and the office stuff is the same. We also had a few noise complaints over the 5 years that were taken care of immediately.
