I needed an ice cream cake, so I went to this location since it’s the closest one to me. The posted opening time is 11:00 AM, but when I arrived, the door was locked. I tried calling and no one answered, and I also knocked on the door with no response. Since there’s construction and traffic in the area, I figured whoever was opening might just be running a few minutes late, so I waited.
