Been going to this carvel forever I asked for a small ice cream but in a medium cup because of toppings and was told rudely that they don’t do that when every time I’ve come before it was never a problem I’ve been eating it for 5 minutes and it’s still over the top of the cup. Ice cream was also freezer burnt. What happened to customers come first? NOT ENJOYABLE AT ALL.

I’ve been coming to this location for years frequently on Wednesdays for the buy one get one free soft serve sundaes. I came on 05/20/2026 and all was great. Now I came on 05/27/2026 and all the sudden the prices skyrocketed and my order is double the price. For four soft serve sundaes it was over $20. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Don’t get me wrong as I love Carvel ice cream but lately seems like it has gone downhill from when I was a kid. I get that there is new employees too but if you mix a milkshake or something with a plastic lid on top and you break that plastic you shouldn’t give a customer that because if that plastic fell into whatever they had gotten and they ate that or drink that. That’s a big safety concern.

Extremely disappointed with my medium M&M Carvalanche. There were barely 8 M&Ms total in the whole cup, and the soft serve quality was off and felt icy instead of creamy. Definitely not worth the price for icy ice cream with barely any toppings.

Unfortunately my wife and I will be boycotting this Carvel location until the new management turns around their act. Have been coming here for years and prices have increased, the portions decreased, and we will be informing our friend groups to do the same. Unfortunate situation all around.
