Prices have gone crazy. New management.
Owner was screaming at employees and they were visibly distressed. Prices have gone up ridiculously and quantity has gone down. Will not be returning unless serious changes are made.
prices have been raised so much, owners are rude, and rude to their employees right in front of customers! they have ruined a good thing. water in the milkshakes and now they have to WEIGH the ice cream!?? get out of here, I will be taking all my business to peaches n cream
Don’t get me wrong as I love Carvel ice cream but lately seems like it has gone downhill from when I was a kid. I get that there is new employees too but if you mix a milkshake or something with a plastic lid on top and you break that plastic you shouldn’t give a customer that because if that plastic fell into whatever they had gotten and they ate that or drink that. That’s a big safety concern.
