Just got 2 cones and the ice cream is soooo old, stale nuts. The other ice creams have melted. The flavors are mixed. The cones are super stale and disgusting. Save your money and skip this place.
We LOVE Carvel! I stop in every Wednesday after retro fitness to get their BOGO. Vanessa is AMAZING!!! 🤩 She remembers what I order every week! Now that is EXCELLENT customer service!!! She did the same thing with the couple in front of me yesterday and their order was a lot more complicated than mine. That is impressive. Give Vanessa a raise! She is a valuable employee!!
