I have been a carville fan since I was a kid and i'm in my 5s. The virginia beach store is going through growing pains again. I haven't seen their long term employees and weeks. Service and standards are falling. There's freezer burn on all the freezers, and it really does affect the taste of the ice cream and makes the saucers stale.And I mentioned it to the owner, and she just kind of blew me off and told me they were supposed to be stale.
