Very clean, courteous service, great experience overall.
It is a wonderful family environment. The staff there are lovely. Nothing compares to enjoying delicious ice cream served with a warm smile. We travel from Tampa and I always come to have ice cream.
They employees are always welcoming.

I feel like this store doesn’t follow the carvel recipe the ice cream taste different here compared to the other store in Kendall and the on milller. I order a chocolate shake and I ended up getting chocolate milk super water down. I did receive great coustmer service but staff needs to be trained better on how to make shakes
