CARVE American Grille is a unique experience in relation to other Perry’s Restaurants. From reservation to payment, every staff member you encounter along the way treats you with the utmost respect and concern. There was a slight inconvenience with the packaging of our order. We are humans, regardless of the setting we make mistakes. The team did everything in their power to correct their mistake. That was enough for me to say this was truly a five star meal. The service and ambiance were genuinely excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant itself has a welcoming atmosphere that made for a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the experience. We ordered a filet mignon medium and a ribeye medium rare, but the filet arrived rare while the ribeye was cooked closer to medium well.
