I ordered a steak dinner medium well I got a rare steak. The waiter took it back after I cut it and they recooked the steak. Any legit steakhouse will never recook a steak after it had been to the table. It was burnt and over salty when they gave it back. I will never return again.
All bad! Loved it at east side cannery now at north it sucked!!

Loved it, but some 'genius' at the Cannery East decided to close it down.
We have eaten at Carve before Boyd Gaming bought it and was wonderful. I was disappointed that the menu was cut in half since then and not a real steakhouse anymore but a little nicer restaurant. Food was good but missed the way it was so if you want a steakhouse this is not the place, if you want a decent restaurant for a nice dinner this will do just fine. Service is still good and price is reasonable.

Prime rib was awesome, great service, worst salad I ever had.
I was greeted with such enthusiasm and was seated immediately. Was greeted by the beverage server then moments later my waiter Victor. They were a great team they both checked on my in shifts, very attentive. The atmosphere was so nice. Jazz music was playing. My salad was served with bread and then my meal was served each in its own dish. The food was delicious the serving portions are large, I could not finish half.
