I ordered a car online and paid for it. The next day, I submitted proof of insurance. They would not accept it because it was not covering 30 days past the pickup of the vehicle!! I went back to the insurance company and they changed the date of beginning coverage. They would not accept that and wanted me to go back a third time and submit it before 8 pm today. 🚫🚫Silver Rock Auto associated with Carvana.. Does NOT care about you or your car.. infact they care so little they are willing to put 💥💥children's LIVES in danger who are passengers to cars purchased !!!!!! Whatever you do, buy your car anywhere but here! This place is a joke. Purchased a 2016 Scion iA about two months ago. I added additional cost for SilverRock warranty. So far, I have a bad battery that was the ONLY thing warranty paid and wasn’t even a problem as I knew. Here are things that need done that I can’t afford that SilverRock denied and Carvana is not helping me with: Wheel Alignment (that clearly should not be necessary after less than 2 months of driving), New tires(again clearly should not be necessary), new ... read more

I recently bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Carvana. Dealing with the people in sales was generally a good experience. However, the people in finance were always asking for additional information. I would ask if there was anything else that they needed, they would say no and low and behold, I would receive an email telling me that they needed more information and needed it, in one instance, in 3 hours, or the deal was off.
