Purchase was easy and simple. When car arrived physical damage was on car and electrical issues as well. Warranty will not cover physical damage and electrical issue not cover due to error being caused by physical damage. It’s an out of pocket cost to me. Carvana only offered to pick the car up for a refund entire purchase within 7 days not correct the issue. Not a happy customer.
Great process from start to finish. Very simple , after inputing info on vehicle online they give you price. After you schedule a time they pick up car or you drop it off. Great customer service if needed . A totally seamless experience.
Everything was smooth and seamless. They got in, completed a check, took some pictures, pull her up on the flatbed and carried her away. Oh and the funds were in my hand without delay.
Wish I could give 0 stars. No way they did a 150 point inspection of my truck. Unfortunately, I went away and didn’t drive much in first 7 day refund period. Took it to the shop second week I had it and transmission fluid was black. No wonder why it was shifting gears all crazy. So the truck sat in the shop while Silverrock sat on its hands approving a replacement transmission. After 13 days I got the truck back. It’s still shifting bad and check engine light is on.
