Pick up was timely and entire process was very easy.
We bought a Mazda CX-5 from Carvana and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. The entire process, including all the paperwork, took less than an hour. The car arrived in excellent condition, with the only issue being a small scratch on the windshield, which Carvana had clearly disclosed on their website. We didn’t mind the scratch at all, but to our surprise, we started getting calls from a windshield replacement company. The person I met with when picking up the vehicle was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing very good experience. The car on the other hand was not clean only had a half a tank of fuel you think some one spending almost 40k on a used car they would put some effort into having the car clean and ready for you and a full tank of gas. Edit: I sold this car back to Carvana. I love my car. Not the experience. I was sold a car that had a "clean carfax" and that was supposed to have been professionally inspected and vetted. Took my car for service and they found damage that had been covered up and now is at risk for further damage (rust and paint peeling). I reached out to Carvana customer service, they're reply is "we base our information on the carfax". I've done business with carvana before and had good success, unfortunately not this time. The money was deducted from my bank account and I had a firm appointment to pick up the car in two days and I got a telephone call saying I owed an additional $500 because the mileage on my trade in was higher than the mileage I entered during the purchase online. The reason for this is that carvana has you do a multi-step process on their website to buy and trade in a car that takes about a week and of course I drove my car that week. ... read more
