It's my first time dealing with Cavana. Frankly, I wasn't sure about dealing with online transactions. It turned out with a much better result than dealing with a dealer or private. As long as you (seller) reports earnestly, your outcome is straight forward. The transaction was completed without any hiccups. I'm not a big fan of Online; however, I've been seriously rethinking purchasing a vehicle thru Cavana next time when I need it. If you are hesitating to deal with Cavana, try it! My first car buying experience several years ago was great. No issues . But this most recent one has been nothing but a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle through them and an hour before delivery it gets delayed for two weeks. I contact them and all they told me was there was an issue upon inspection of the vehicle . So easy. Filled everything out online. The driver called the morning of my appointment and showed up promptly when they said the would. The process was less than 15 minutes. Was sad to see my Jeep go, but happy she was in good hands.Â
