yes! the dude who delivered was boss. the lady on the phone was a dang boss and should be promoted past peers lol. the delivered to me all the way out in Erin, TN. msg me if anyone needs a referral code get $500 if that isnt just another reason to go with carvana.
I wanted to give a good review, but I simply can't. These are the reasons why... Van did not come when it was supposed to. When van did come, it had 9 year old tires on it. Van had oil pump leak, bad struts, sway link bars need replacing. Sent me the wrong tags even though I told them to transfer my old one and now I have to go to the DMV to take care of that. It's been a very unpleasant experience. Dealing with SilverRock hasn't been good either. :( I am very upset and frustrated!!!

Carvana was an amazing experience! From the 5 minutes it took to use the app to purchase the car to the less than 10 minutes at pick up.. to the special touches.. we would HIGHLY recommend. They even made our son birthday basket of goodies and he was so excited!
Do not buy a car from these people! They will use silverrock and they will give you the run around. Don’t make the same mistake I have made.
bought my second car from here last year and will never buy a car anywhere else. by far the easiest car buying experience. the elevator wasn't working the day we went, which was a little disappointing because my kids came with me specifically for that purpose, but the employee still made it a cool experience for them so they didn't even realize they missed anything.
We’ve bought two cars from Carvana, and couldn’t be more pleased with our experiences. The first was delivered to our home in March 2017 and the second was picked up from the vending machine this morning. Mike got us all squared away, and was so fun to work with.
