Where do I start , worst experience ever. 1. Car was filthy like soda in the plastics dog hair everywhere . Next day in the morning the car stank like dog. Had the cabin filter changed and was disgusting also out a deodizer to fix smell. 2. Car had a shake at around 45 mph , had to rebalance tires. BTW the tires were new but Carvana put Chinese tires. That's just embarrassing and a safety issue. They should put the tires that come oem with vehicle. Run away don't do same mistake .

The car had a few extra scratches and crack light that was not mentioned on the website but if everything had ran were correctly I would say carvana is a simple way to buy a car that's why I give it three stars
So here's the deal. You fill out the application. They steal your money. Then they call you to tell you that the deal it's canceled after having taken the money. Now how is that fair? Approve me or not first, then take the money. Now, a customer is having to wait ten to fifteen days to get that money back. Well, thankfully, a great representative informed me that that is what they do. And that the money will be coming out since I used a checking account. I rushed to the bank and took all my money out.
