Wonderful experience
BUYER BEWARE! Went to pick up a 2022 Ram 1500. According to Carvana the truck had never had any accidents and the only condition issues were some area on the drivers side and tail gate where there were “light scratches not effecting the paint.” When went to pick up the truck after a week long delay after the original pick up date what we found was a totally different situation. Not very happy with my attempt to buy a car with Carvana. All the vehicles was HYPER PRICED Honestly guys... $13000 for a 101k miles 2013 F I A T 500 Yep, the UI is awesome, the way that you buy it, finance, navigations... But you think you will buy a certified no worries just drive car (because of the HYPER ELEVATED PRICES) and you check the reviews... Problems with the cars. Nah, I was loosing hope thinking I was too poor but it's actually carvana that overcharges
Bought a car here, noticed it had transmission issues, returned it, got another car, missed the 7-day return window for the second car, had the second car inspected and it needs about $6000 of repairs to make it safe to drive. Problems include: wheel stabilizer is completely broken and hanging loose off the bottom of the car, oil leak, parking brake cannot be deactivated once activated except by resetting with a computer, bolts are completely rusted on making repairs more expensive, vehicle has never had a transmission inspe... read more
