Had KJ as my advocate and he was professional and quick. I did a trade in and purchase online and was in and out the door. Easy and smooth experience.
The car was delayed in delivery and then arrived with the check engine light on. Although it is fixed and I am keeping the car, it was disappointing to buy a new car, have it show up later than expected and immediately have to take it to the shop.

Yea the process is easy but their vehicles are junk. The truck that I went to pick up had transmission issues. They call wiping the interior down with armor all a detail. The dude didn’t even wana let me test drive the thing before signing any paperwork. I never took possession of the truck and they still debited $9k from my bank account, it’s been a week and I still ain’t got my money back. Never again will I think about doing business with this company.
