Definitely get your car delivered to the door. The rep who was scheduled for my pick up time was rude the whole time. He insisted on trying to assert his authority over every aspect of the process in an attempt to appear important. And then continued to brag about past client experiences where he had to "de-escalate" every encounter he has with clients because each person would become irate with him. Geez, I wonder why?
From start to finish the sale of my 1999 Porsche was very easy, no hassles and Carvana followed through exactly as they said they would. I had checked out what my car might get if I sold it privately and was happily surprised when that was exactly what they offered. I chose a direct deposit for payment. Buyer beware!! I had 3 car’s consecutively arrive with undisclosed body damage and mechanical issues. All of it would’ve been easily discovered if they actually did the 150 point inspection—that they claim. The third vehicle showed up with a detached bumper that, yes, they approved to fix, but it was reported to Carfax as an accident. Trade in or sale value is now crushed. Carvana is NOT quality!!! Go elsewhere!
