Somehow they can change the terms of the purchase and carry on as if the customer is just going to agree. Don't like the new terms? Oh well, they have already processed payment. They'll get that back to you at they're convenience. Minus a fee for their trouble, of course. EDIT TO ADD Apparently I have to sign up for facebook or twitter for them to talk to me. Absolute clown show.

Trying to figure out why I’m receiving late night, harassing calls from a manager in your employment at this location? On what was an otherwise peaceful Tuesday night, I received multiple calls from said manager. At 9:22 pm on August, 26th, received the first call which I ignored and let ring until my voicemail picked up. No message was left. At 9:48 pm I received yet another call, to which I picked up.
