The absolute worst experience I've had in selling a car. Unprofessional, right hand not coordinated with the left, last minute changes, inconsistencies in communications, and it's taken two months and cost me another $2,000+ to get this done.
Car delivery was fine. A bit weird back and forth before with the financing and they changed the terms after contract was signed. I was supposed to reuse my license plate, even spoke with customer service and uploaded all documents and yet these incompetent people sent me a new one with full registration fee and not the personalized plate I had.
