The food I didn’t like jt. I had a lasagna and as simple like that, any lasagna can be fine but not with this taste I remember why I didn’t go to this restaurant ever. The service is perfect.

Family-style Italian restaurant on Fouth Avenue for decades, salad dressing to die for, been eating here for over thirty years and haven't had a bad meal yet!

Caruso’s is by far my favorite Italian restaurant in Tucson. I always get the special - the meatballs are fantastic (and I’m very picky when it comes to my meatballs!) and the Caruso sauce has great flavor. Cheese ravioli is absolutely mouth watering. The patio is lovely when it’s nice outside. Never a disappointment!
This used to be a family favorite place of ours until last night. The white garlic mushroom sauce was a watery mess and to top it off they sat a group of loud, obnoxious people near our table and no staff or management came by to ask them to please keep it down. my wife finally asked them to lower their voices and the group proceeded to heckle our table and even said racist slurs. people were asking to be moved from the area it was that bad and yet management didn't feel the need to step in.
