THIS... is what pizza is supposed to taste like! Lived in Manhattan decades ago (Ray's Original), and since then thought I must have dreamt how delicious that pizza was. Then, while visiting someone in the hospital next door, I went to Caruso's for a slice. I return to Long Island twice a year (from Colorado), and drive 45 minutes to get a few slices (then a few more to have for breakfast the next day). Long Island, you are so lucky to have this place.
Awesome pizza and service! Their garlic knots were so good! I highly recommend a trip here if in Riverhead. The best on the North Fork.
Always great food. Owner is amazing and her staff is super helpful.
Small NY pizza shop vibes with great food and friendly staff. I am Celiacs and had their cauliflower pizza crust with veggies and sausage. It is a small pizza with enough for two meals if you’re not a big eater. Sauce and toppings were tasty. I recommend this shop for both gluten free and everyone else.
