One of the worst builders out there. The home build process with them was utterly stressful. Once built, the home had multiple issues. Five years later, the home continues to have problems that one shouldn't expect from a "semi-custom" builder. If you see something being built by Caruso, know that you are dealing with poor construction quality.

Caruso Homes are Beautiful. The people at Caruso Homes are fantastic. Right now is THE BEST TIME to purchase a new Causo Homes Home! Interest rates have dropped again. Don't miss out. Working with Ashley Jenkins has been stellar so far!! My husband and I are relocating to NC from MA and went down to learn more about our housing options a couple weekends ago. My husband and I had a perfect experience when we stopped to look at the beautiful properties at Parc Townes. Megan Bennett was the onsite sales consultant. We cannot say enough great things about her. She was super friendly, welcoming - made us feel right at home - and patient with us. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. Caruso Homes has been fantastic to work with, the whole team has been pretty responsive and consistent in getting answers and making sure we understand how everything works as much as they can. Getting through what can be a pretty daunting process, has really be pretty low stress and even fun. As for the facilities, they are pretty nice and comfortable which goes a long way to keeping everything nice and easy.
