I was so very surprised with the kindness, consideration and knowledge of the personnel at Caruso Ford . My main man , Lamar, made it easy for me to get into a lease of a Ford Fusion Energi Car! This all leather, genuine navigation and HOV acceptable car is a dream to drive. Just stopped in this evening to browse as my lease isn't up until mid-February. Met up with Sterling Ripley, and he was amazing. He was very knowledgable and didn't pressure me at all. As a result, I leased a new Escape from Caruso. Everyone we encountered was unbelievably nice and friendly. Sterling was supposed to leave at 4 pm, but he stayed until the deal was done. This is a little late but wanted to give a shout out to Phil Garcia , who helped me get my Ford Fusion back on the road when the engine light turned on due to a recalled part On Christmas eve. Drove it in and he had me out by 4:30 that same day. Thank you for making my Christmas merry
